Master Sign Plan
Description: The purpose of a Master Sign Plan is to allow an applicant, subject to the review by the Planning Commission and approval by the Village Board, to provide a consistent and architecturally compatible plan for multiple signs within a development. Master sign plans allow flexibility in the number of signs. A master sign plan should demonstrate that the proposed signs achieve a high standard of sign design, architectural compatibility and overall project aesthetics.

Reviewer(s): The Planning Commission makes a recommendation and the Village Board makes the final decision.
