Description: Temporary use are reviewed by the Plan Commission and approved by the Village Board after review of site and operation plans. Special requirements may be imposed for parking, sanitary facilities, lighting, and hours of operation. No temporary use shall be conducted within the street right-of-way. All buildings, tents, equipment, supplies, and debris shall be removed from the site within 10 days.
